Recipes for Leveling Up

Nourish the Body
Individual circumstances vary, but general concensus emphasizes balanced meals colored by varied foods packed with nutrients. Some imperfectly realistic recipes for success may begin simply with the phrase, “fed is best”.
Step One. If you are underfeuling your temple, please start with feeding your body with self love. If the grips of overwhelm are too tight, just eat what you can when you can. Repeat as needed.
Step Two. If you’ve reached step one and are ready to expand to new levels of learning, there is always more biohacking to embrace that inner super hero (or villian, if you so choose).

Movement is Prescribed
At Rooted Focus, emphasis on nourishing every body system is foundational. Movement is one crucial intervention that can nourish all systems without negative side effects when performed at the right time, dose, and amount. Listening to your intuition without the lense of bias from life experience is tough at first. With time, it will become second nature. At the start of your journey, use the prescribed movement of your trusted professional.

Neuroplasticity is an incredibly beautiful super power engrained in each of us. There are countless methods to help rewire brain, enhance emotional intelligence and regulation, and improve resilience of the mind and body. One tool has been studied for decades and has shown to enhance mental health, decrease stress hormone levels, improve self-awareness, strengthen nervous system regulation, and support decision-making.
The cost? Free.
What is this magical ritual? It’s called journaling. And yes, it takes time. And it takes consistency. But remember the cost? Lucky for us, the benefit-to-cost ratio, therefore, is indescribable.
